Ordering Greeting Cards

All cards feature a reproduction of an original oil or watercolor by Wini Smart or Gail Cleveland.  Gail's panoramic cards are 3.5 x 8.5 inches, while all other cards are 5 x 7 inches when folded.  On most cards the design fills the front, the inside is blank, and the title is on the back.  Wide cards are folded on top; tall cards on the left.

Cards marked "double-wide" feature a 10 x 7 inch design spanning both the front and back; the title is on the lower left of the mostly-blank inside.  These are all tall, folded on the left (through the design.)

Cards are sold with envelopes, in boxes of ten.  Cards may be all of a single design, or mixed.  However, the normal size cards cannot be mixed in the same box with panoramic cards.

For each box ordered, please specify the name and quantity of each card design wanted.

Ordering Limited Edition Prints

All limited edition prints are signed and numbered.

Prints are available plain, matted (with backing), or framed & matted, ready for hanging.  Plain prints are shipped rolled in a tube.  Matted or framed prints are shipped flat in a box.

The price of each print is based on its size and type; see the "price code."  All measurements in are inches; for example, 24" means twenty-four inches.  The sizes mentioned are the exterior dimensions of the piece, including the mat.  Unmatted (print only) sizes are smaller.

Matted prints come shrink-wrapped with foamcore backing and acid-free rag mat in your choice of three colors.

Mat colors: white, ivory, or creme.

Framed prints come with acrylic glazing and a wooden frame.  Frame width is 2" for prints 23" x 28" and larger; 1" for smaller prints.  Unless stated otherwise, the frame is in your choice of five colors.

Frame colors: Country French blue, gold leaf, driftwood gray (all shown above), deep blue, and deep green.

For each print ordered, please specify the name of the design, whether print only, matted, or matted & framed.  Also specify mat and frame colors, as appropriate. If optional gift wrapping is ordered, please specify words to written on the included small gift card.

Ordering Gail Cleveland's Panoramic Prints

All limited edition panoramic prints are signed and numbered by the artist, Gail Cleveland.

A matted print is 13.25 x 23 inches; the print alone is 6.75 x 16.5 inches.

You have your choice of the same mat and frame colors listed for limited edition prints, above.

For each panoramic print ordered, please specify the name of the design, the desired color(s), and if optional gift wrapping is desired.

Ordering Mini-Prints

Mini-prints, unlike limited edition prints, are not signed and numbered.

A matted print is 8 x 10 inches; the print alone is smaller (card size.)

You have your choice of the same mat and frame colors listed for limited edition prints, above.

For each mini-print ordered, please specify the name of the design, the desired color(s), and if optional gift wrapping is desired.

Ordering Paintings

The price of each painting is listed just above it, with a brief description of the framing.  All measurements in are inches; for example, 24" means twenty-four inches.

Watercolor paintings are matted; oils are not.  The sizes mentioned are the exterior dimensions of the piece, including the mat (if watercolor) but not the frame.

The price does not include shipping.  Shipping cost varies depending on destination.  The painting must be shipped insured in a wooden packing crate, and most pieces are "oversize".

Don't hesitate to e-mail Gail Cleveland (manager) at for shipping cost (based on your ship-to address), and any special requirements such as frame changes, mat colors, gift wrapping, etc.  We are anxious to serve you.

Gather together all the ordering information mentioned above.  Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, as well as a ship-to address and gift card inscription if you wish to send gifts direct to the recipient.
